Reformer Group Classes
Get a full-body workout with classical reformer repertoires with a dynamic twist. We focus on strength-building, mobility and flexibility. All levels are welcome. All classes have are capped to 5 per group. Pregnancy and injury friendly. Progressions and regressions are personalised.
Private Classes
Looking for something a little more catered to your goals? Private classes are purely focused on YOU. Each session is aimed to challenge and push you. All classes are organised privately with the studio.
Special Requests
Do you have an event coming up and want to work out with your mates? Book the entire class out, let us know what you would like to focus on and we’ll take care of the rest.
